The Customer Services team is the face of Analytical Services. They receive and prepare all samples for testing by our laboratories and R&D team.
Rob leads and supports this busy team in providing excellent customer experience from first contact to result reporting.
Rob believes that strong engagement means putting our customers at the heart of all activities and adding value to each and every interaction, while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
Relevant experience and background
For 18 years Rob worked in and managed customer contact centres at British Telecom and T-Mobile UK, before moving to industry training for the tertiary education sector.
