Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing), Otago University

Role at Cawthron

Nicola is the section head for the Customer Services team which supports Cawthron Analytical Services customers. She is responsible for the day to day running of the customers services department and her team manage the customer experience from sample receipt through to result reporting.

Nicola and her team are currently working on a number of exciting initiatives to ensure customers are delivered a world class service through innovative technology solutions.   

Before joining Cawthron in late 2016, she worked in the Australian telecommunications industry where she held a number of roles and developed skills including project management, business analysis and people management.
